Whether for the performance or pleasure horse, the Benefab® Rejuvenate SmartScrim provides a patent-pending solution to back, shoulder and hip pain. Made with durable mesh, it is breathable enough to be used as a scrim after cold hosing, is light enough to be worn year-around in any climate, and can be used as a liner to a properly fitted winter blanket.
The Benefab Rejuvenate SmartScrim is specifically designed using dual action therapy of ceramics and magnetics. Made up of ceramic nano particles and magnetics to help reduce recovery time, promote blood circulation and increase oxygen flow. Helps keep muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments soft and relaxed. Dual therapy with over 90 individually pocketed, 1100 gauss magnets that are unipolar with the north side facing down, targeting key acupuncture points. The light, flexible design provides ultimate ease of use. Use this therapy as a turn out, fly sheet, stable sheet or as a liner under heavier blankets.
*In 2017, the Benefab® SmartScrim was studied at North Dakota State University. The study is entitled Effects of a Magnetic/Ceramic Therapy Sheet on Horses with Back Pain and was published in the Journal of Equine Veterinary Science 52 (2017). “…Eighteen horses that tested positive for back pain by manual palpation were selected for the study… Overall, it was identified that horses wearing a magnetic/ceramic sheet overnight had reduced back pain compared with control.
