Cancellation Policy

Once an order has shipped cancellation is no longer an option.  Most of the time packages are shipped the same day they are ordered  so if you need your order edited we must do it right away. We are not able to retrieve packages once we drop them off with the carrier.   

• Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! We will do our very best to assisting in editing/modifying your order but once shipped it is too late.

• Cancellations are subject up to a 8% cancellation due to non refundable processing fees we incur. 

 

• If you use a discount code of 30% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.
