ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us before returning your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. Must be clean, unused, new, non damage and free from dirt and hair.
Returned and exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging—no exceptions. Please note that any washed, dirty, hair, chewed on, smell of smoke items will not be accepted for money back.
*Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept any products with animal hair or bodily debris on them. When testing products for sizing on you or your animals, we recommend placing a thin sheet or towel underneath to avoid dirt and debris.

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, wound care, dog chews , dog treats, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing and tack patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted. Patterns can vary item to item
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference
- If an order is placed prior to receiving a store credit code, we cannot refund that amount to you. You will need to use that store credit on any future purchase.
- When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes
- Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has shipped cancellation is no longer an option. Most of the time packages are shipped the same day they are ordered so if you need your order edited we must do it right away. We are not able to retrieve packages once we drop them off with the carrier. Please verify your order before placing it to avoid any issues. Cancellations are subject up to a 8% fee.
DEFECTS OR PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. If you throw away items you will no longer qualify for a possible return or replacement. If there is a wrong item in your order please notify us right away so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- You must include a photo/video of the damage / defect with your email.
- Please save all packaging tags and other materials. (Please save shipping packaging also)
- Do not let your pet play or use any products with possible problems or defects before contacting us.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Due to market changes, prices are subject to change without notice. Some products will be excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines. All item(s) sold with a quantity discount and returned may be charged at the original sale price, if item(s) purchased fail to qualify for the quantity discount.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or Store Credit (store credit may be the only options for some others (anything over $75+). Along with items not received back in new condition, used or damaged may only have option for store credit, partial credit or be ineligible.
The store credit/refund total will be the amount paid for the product. The store credit will only be given for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (if you are receive a refund and not store credit).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kppetsupply@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned and refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) Exchanges must be made within 5 days (of receiving the package), be in all original packaging and be clean, undamaged and unused. Shipping fees will apply to all exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item shipping fees and difference in price of two items will apply.
If you choose the wrong size/color/ or style when you exchange and need to exchange again you will need to pay for shipping again. We are not responsible if you do not read product & sizing descriptions, if you measure/size your dog wrong or change your mind. Please be mindful when making your exchange choices. If you have questions we are happy to help you make the most educated choice.
We cannot guarantee we will have a size or style in stock for an exchange so please contact us before exchanging.
Shipping
Make sure to enter the shipping address correctly and that the name that it is being shipped to USPS knows to deliver there along with any unit, apartment, box number, or etc. . Some carriers will not deliver packages if the name isn't listed to have mail deliver there or if there isn't a unit number, apartment number or box number.
-It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable address. Please make sure you have a mailbox also. USPS will not deliver packages if you do not have a mailbox. If the item is returned to sender we will contact you about your options. Payment for reshipping an item maybe required. Orginal shipping is non refundable and any shipping costs will be deducted from any refunds.
If you shipment does not arrive you must contact us with in 30 days of order so that we can help resolved the issue and file a claim (our carriers claims windows are limited so we want to be able to help as soon as we can before the close).
KP Pet Supply is not responsible for shipping delays. We do our best to get packages shipped out in a timely manner. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS, UPS and other carriers.
Shipping damage
We are not responsible for shipping damage. We will do our best to help file a shipping damage claim and will require pictures of item, damage, and internal and external images of packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kppetsupply@gmail.com first to start the process and we will instruct you from there.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
