We will do our best once it is dropped off at the carrier this is not much we can do so we cannot control how fast they are after we drop it off.

- Orders over $75 will have free shipping (USA only)
- Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and Location. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not liable for packages once they have shipped and leave our facility and are in the hands of usps and ups. If there is an issue with your package you may contact us and we will do our best to help figure out the issue. We cannot control usps or ups so we will do our best to help
KP Pet Supply is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with UPS or USPS shipping
- International Duties or Customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. We recommend contacting your local post office. They can ask your carrier and find out more about where your package was placed or located.
- We cannot reship your package until a claim is filed and the carrier has authorized it.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2023
Holidays are upon us and we want to make sure you have the most information so we can get your packages out to you in time. These are the shipping deadlines we have been give. We suggest submitting orders in advance before these deadlines as the carriers can have unexpected delays we cannot control. We will do our best to get all of your packages out as fast as possible. USA deadlines- Hawaii and Alaska we suggest a sooner deadline

Ground Advantage: 2-8 days average (can be a week during the Holidays), ship by December 16th, 2023 (we suggest a sooner deadline date -3-5 days before. as we have been told first class may be slower this year
Priority Mail: 1-3 days, ship by Monday December 18th, 2023 - We suggest 4-5 days before this date
USPS Priority Mail Express: Next day, ship by Wednesday, December 20th, 2023 - We suggest 2-3 days priors incase of any unexpected delays
