Shipping policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Many times orders are processed and shipped same day if possible.  If you have a special shipping request/question please contact us first and we will do our best to help. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If USPS and UPS are Closed we cannot ship. We will ship the next possible business next they are open.  

Make sure to enter the shipping address correctly and that the name that it is being shipped to USPS knows to deliver there along with any unit, apartment, box number, or etc. . Some carriers will not deliver packages if the name isn't listed to have mail deliver there or if there isn't a unit number, apartment number or box number.   

-It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable address. Please make sure you have a mailbox also. USPS will not deliver packages if you do not have a mailbox. If the item is returned to sender we will contact you about your options. Payment for reshipping an item maybe required.  

Shipping fees are non refundable 

If you have questions or concerns about your address, mailbox situation or the name on your address for deliveries we suggest contacting your local post office they will be able to help with those issues.  

Once an order is shipped we cannot cancel your order. You will have to go through the return policy and process and  to return and ship the items back. 

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has shipped cancellation is no longer an option.  Most of the time packages are shipped the same day they are ordered  so if you need your order edited we must do it right away. We are not able to retrieve packages once we drop them off with the carrier.   Please verify your order before placing it to avoid any issues.


  • Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!
    We will do our very best to assist you the best we can with editing orders but if it has already shipped it is too late. 

  • Cancellations are subject up to a 8% cancellation due to non refundable processing fees we incur. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee usps and ups shipping times. If you need an item by a certain date please contact us. We can help figure out the best shipping option. 

Check with carriers on what shipping options guarantee delivery dates as they are always changing. 

KP Pet Supply is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS,UPS or other carriers shipping- Please check tracking and with the carrier if there are delays or delivery issues. We will do our best to assist you with issues but we are unable to control the actions of USPS, UPS and other carriers. 

  • International Duties or Customs charges

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages. We will do our best to help assist in the claims process and help the best we can with the knowledge we have on usps and ups (as we have no control over their companies). All packages are Insured so we can assist in filing a claim (they usually take about week on average for the insurance company to  process) - please have pictures, of packaging (inside and outside), pictures of item. 

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office.  We suggest you contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. As they will have the most information on where it was delivered or what issue there was.  - We also suggest checking with neighbors incase you had a new carrier. If they need a package description you may contact us and we will do our best to assist. 

  • Shipments returned to sender due to insufficient address, undeliverable address, expired forward, no mailbox. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable address. Please make sure you have a mailbox also. USPS will not deliver packages if you do not have a mailbox. If the item is returned to sender we will contact you about your options. Payment for reshipping an item maybe required.
  • We cannot reship any items until a claim is filed and authorized complete as the package could still be live. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
KP Pet Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages/Lost Packages
KP Pet Supply is not liable for any products or packages damaged or lost during shipping. Once it leaves our facility we have no control over USPS or UPS. If you received your order damaged, or your order is lost please take pictures of packaging and item and send them to us and we will do our best to assist in the claims process.  (claims can take on average a week to process we cannot issue any new items or refunds until the claims process is finished). 

  • We are not liable for packages or delays by the carriers once they leave our facility and are in the hands of USPS and UPS. 
  • We will do our best to assist in the matter to the best of our abilities. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the carriers (though we wish we did). 
  • If you shipment does not arrive you must contact us with in 30 days of your order (the earlier the better) so that we can help resolved the issue and file a claim (our carriers claims windows are limited so we want to be able to help as soon as we can before the close).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. TAKE PICTURES

If you have questions on filing a claim please contact us and we will do what we can to help. Claims do take some time (average 6-15 days) and we will do our best to help speed up the process but can't replace or refund until USPS/UPS or the insurance provider gives us the go ahead that everything is good to go. 

International Shipping Policy

Customs Fees for Orders Shipped by USPS

  • USPS (US Postal Service) rates displayed in the shopping cart for Canada and all other countries do NOT include duties, taxes, processing fees, or brokerage fees that may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. 

  • You are responsible for paying any fees assessed upon receipt of your package.

  • We will list the replacement value of your order on the customs forms. 

  • We cannot mark orders as "gifts" on the customs forms.

  • We do not issue any refunds for shipping or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees required in order to receive your package.

  • Not all items will have duty and/or taxes applied; in fact, some items may not be charged at all, regardless of value. But please realize that you could be charged and these fees must be paid to your post office before you can get your package. KP Pet Supply does not know if you will be charged, or how much. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

  • If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchase, the courier may return the items to KP Pet supply. In the event this happens, KP Pet supply may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect to the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs by deducting the relevant amount from the refunded to you.

  • If you shipment does not arrive you must contact us with in 30 days of order so that we can help resolved the issue and file a claim (our carriers claims windows are limited so we want to be able to help as soon as we can before the close).

Warning: Treats, Chews, Supplements, Dewormer/Supplies

  • Customs regulations vary widely from country to country and we have no way of knowing the specific laws of each country. You need to check your country's regulations on importing wound and skin care, pet supplies, dog food, dog treats, dog chews, and supplements before ordering this type of product.

  • We do not issue any refunds for shipping or the cost of your product if items you ordered are confiscated by your local customs office because they are not importable.
