Cute But Small

I bought this to fit over a bicycle helmet and it was a struggle to get it on, the seams are definitely stretched to their limit and I had to tie it on with wire since the hat came with no attachments. It definitely wouldn’t fit over my bigger horseback riding helmet. A small or medium helmet would probably accommodate this hat better.
